Indian captain MS Dhoni paid price for slow over-rate. Indians finished the match 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Normally slow over rate will penalized by fine but this time around the severity of the penalty - a ban instead of a fine - is because India were three overs short, which comes under "serious over-rate offence" category. Slow over rate can done only twice in 12 months. From the 3rd time the penalty will be 2 – 8 ODI ban or 1 - 4 Test match ban. So Indian team have play their next two odi without their lucky captain. His knack of win the toss and plays the game with what he want to do. Next two matches will be captained by sehwag. It will be crucial for sehwag to win atleast one match to stay alive in the series.
